If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
How to start a return
Email support@miralae.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team replies within 24 hours with next steps and, where a return is required, the return address.
Condition
To be eligible, items should be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible. For hygiene-sensitive items, we may offer a refund without requiring a physical return — our team will let you know.
Refunds
Once your return or claim is approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's processed.
Damaged or incorrect items
